1. I was feeling sorry for myself all day. To cheer up, I decided to indulge a bit for dinner while still getting my veggies! I made a zucchini pizza. Slice the zucchini in half, scoop out the seeds, put on some pizza sauce and cheese, then bake for 20 minutes at 375. I put crushed red pepper flakes and basil on top for extra pizza flavour. Yummy. Lastly I had a coke zero. Anyone who knows me knows that soda is my weakness!! Perfect indulgence to cheer me up.
